We will then use a calculation example to explain the Immvest concept to you: If we start from a property value of € 250,000, you need approximately € 17,500 equity capital for the land transfer tax of 5 % and the notary fees of about 2 %. You can finance 100% of the price of the flat through the bank, and your tenants will then gradually repay your flat.
